Payment

material cost payment is due prior to me starting commission. an invoice will be sent to you with a price breakdown. I accept most payment methods.

Quality of wigs

These wigs are premium quality. a quality check is done before shipping out product. A hairnet and wig cap will be provided.

if a kit is wanted please inform me in our consultation.

Artwork

will do : humans, humanoid characters, Dnd, fantasy, oc’s, SFw/nsfw/ 3d models

Wont do : extremely complex ideas, crimes, robots, gore, violence, furries

traditional pieces will be sent in a art tube unless client requests it framed

digital piece will be sent in a zip file and will be watermarked once posted for promotional reasons.

your oc’s are your own property. if you do not feel comfortable with me posting the finished product do inform me in our Consultation.

Accessories

I will try to get the custom fabric that is requested. Please allow me extra time for quality control. these are handmade and can be altered what ever way you would like.

Returns/ exchanges

Custom objects can not be returned once made. I will offer refund If the item is still in the Processing Phase. I will refund service charge if item is already made.

If the artwork is not to standards after the final submissions clearance , I will offer 2 alterations free of charge (digital only).

If the art work is Traditional please allow a week for redraws and alterations. A small fee will be charged for redraws.

As the artist I have the ability to deny requests. If your request is denied please contact me with questions and concerns so we can work something out.

if there is a rush order please note that more complex pieces take more time. please allow me time to do quailty control.
